The "possible" 2 clearly goes through both loops of the 3, with the upper end protruding from the tip of the 3 and the left corner of the base of the 2 is visible under the 3 at the tip, not on top of the lower loop and although this 3/2 is not in the same position as the one that is understood to be a true 3/2, I would say another die had a similar problem as the one that created the one understood to be a 3/2.  I think you all are looking for an identical 3/2 and not taking into consideration this may be a new version that hasn't been recognized as of yet, because die cracks do not usually extend through and out of the lettering/date! Plus, as someone already pointed out, there is some doubling going on with the 4 and the pic doesn't have the right angle to see the rest of the date.
