BST Question

Threads like this are tricky, one has to be careful has to be careful as to what they say and how they say it in order to keep within the rules. In other words it's a fine line that must be walked. And sometimes that's kind of hard to do. But of you're careful, it can be done.

That said, we do want to allow members to discuss the topic/s of buying, selling, trading and seek input and or help from other members on how to go about such things. Specifically because there are many who have little or no experience with it. So how else are they going to learn if they can't talk about it at all.

Bottom line, when discussing this topic you have to keep your comments to general terms only. You cannot mention specific items, and or types/series in your comments, or refer to in any way the kind of coins you would like to buy, sell or trade because doing that turns your discussion post into an advertising post - even if and when that wasn't your intention.

And by the same token those who respond/reply to other posts in the thread have to exercise the same care with their comments and how they are worded as well, otherwise their comments can easily be interpreted as offers, and that's not allowed either.

And if you want to discuss this topic and have any doubts about what is allowed or not allowed, anyone and everyone is more than welcome to send me a PM, with a copy of what you'd like to post, and I will more than happy to respond and tell you - yeah you can do this, or sorry but you can't do that - whatever the case may be. And if I say no you can't say it or word it that way I'll tell you how you can word and say it. Just understand it'll probably be the next day before I respond to you. But I will respond each and every time !
