    Collecting Nut Borderline Hoarder

    A 1916 Broadstruck Buffalo Nickel. A total of almost 63 1/2 million were minted with the 1916 date. A lot less were Broadstruck. Lol Sure wish this was a Broadstruck Doubled Die but one can’t have everything. Lol

    To what do you attribute the radial lines I see between 7:00 & 8:00 at the reverse rim?

    Was the coin struck with the dies in normal coin-alignment?

    I don’t know that either. It really looks so different. And it’s 108 years old.
