However, I have come across other sites that indicate them to be Franklin Mint coins from their &quot;Treasures of the Caribbean&quot; collection.</p><p><br /></p><p>&nbsp;I cannot find an official mint source indicating these were struck for the British Virgin Islands, and no information from the Franklin Mint about them either <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie3" alt=":(" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p>I even contact the Franklin Mint about them, and was told they don&#039;t keep any of those types of records, and suggested I just look on ebay or other coin websites. (What malarkey!)</p><p><br /></p><p>Does anyone have any idea how I can get definitive information about the coins? Ideally, I&#039;d like to sell them, even if just for the silver content. But, in order to do that, I&#039;d like to know what it is that I have.</p><p><br /></p><p>Please check out the pic. The coins were not cared for, and have lost much of their shine.
