    Yes, a multi-hubbed die can also produce machine doubled coins. I guess that would be called a strike doubled doubled die coin. They surely must exist.

    64' and early years of Kennedy's exhibit this type of doubling, I think that is where the doubt came from.
    Sorry, had an instant thought of Angelina Jolie,
    Gone in 60 seconds type of thought.

    They do the famous 1969'-S lincoln cent has strike doubling on the mint mark .
