I usually don't buy that many graded morgans but I saw this today and well, it followed me home. A nice toned rattler. Sorry for the mediocre photos and the pool table light in the two last photos, but seeing that red and blue I had to take it home. 100_3848.JPG 100_3845.JPG 100_3852.JPG 100_3853.JPG

Still not bad at all for a rattler with original toning. Enjoy it! Looks like it would CAC as well. John Albanese loves the luster+toning combo.

Nice pickup. :) FYI, if you want the coin oriented the proper way in the holder, you might be able to get it to the correct orientation by applying an electric toothbrush to one of the corners.

Nicks at 11:00 and 2:30 (OBV) not on the coin, right?

I think that's the typical rattler gasket that holds the coin. All mine have those as well.

Nice pickup, it might even grade a tick higher at pcgs today......

A little of the proper wrist-action can serve the same purpose.

The weave of the pool table cloth looks to be too coarse to be Simonis.

Actually yes it is. 860 to be exact. On a Brunswick Gold Crown V that is double shimmed and rolls longer then a Diamond. Have a few decent cues to go with it as well.

I guess it's the photo that threw me off. The photo below was taken on a scrap of Simonis 860, too.

Your threads do seem less coarse. I suddenly wish I had photos of my cues. I like them more then most of my coins. Your profile says you're in Florida. I have three Harry Richards, four by a gentleman named Trevor that goes by Camson cues, and a Barringer, among another five or so.

I haven't seen Harry in years. Is he still living in Daytona Beach? At one point, I had 36 cues. The Joss West, below, is one of my favorite cues. It has 250 pieces of ebony & ivory, sterling silver accent rings and New Zealand mother-of-pearl.
