    Yeah Dutchman, it's amazing how problem-free this coin is considering all the circulation it's seen. Super low grade (FR2) but still nice. I'd submit it.

    The only other thing I can fathom is they thought the coin was artifically worn. Wouldn't think they would have labeled it as you describe in that event, however.

    Please let us know what PCGS says, Matt.
