Oh, here ... I was going to include it in my response but was so excited someone finally got it ... Basically 2X2 to mean the 22nd state admitted to the union and the X is actually supposed to be the St. Andrew Cross which is on the Alabama flag...

And no I'm not from Alabama, just thought it'd be a hard coin!
