Just purchased these two volumes...very good read....but I carn't, yes...I said "Carn't"... seem to find the other volumes...III and IV....are they non existent? Did I dream them?
I see Vol 3 listed, but none for sale. Maybe it hasn't been released yet? Do you like these books? I have been thinking of buying them.
I have Vol. 1, but not vol 2. You will be hard pressed to find the others. Short production and sold out. Those that have them probably won't let loose of them.
I see references to Vols. I, II and III, but not to Vol. IV. Did it ever appear? Here is an Amazon listing for Vol. 3, but "sold out."
