Blank Planchet And…???

    Curious as to what this would be called; a double strike? Something else? Also, based on the coloring on the “lip” this would be a ‘82 or later Lincoln, right? C273BB16-E915-46FA-8EDC-2E301E6C78DE.jpeg E14E6666-F8F7-48DD-BAA6-9B8B49541177.jpeg

    I am quite sure the coin you posted is considered to be an Off-center Strike.
    90 - 95%off-center. I agree with your post '82 assessment.

    Zinc planchet, so yes 1982 or later. It was not double struck. It was stuck a single time, but off center.
