I don't know what it is but I've always loved the year 1966 and when I see coins from this year, I love to grab them! You chose a great birth year I do not have the two you mentioned
Thanks for the kind words - it's a fun little project not just for the coin collecting part but also the research, designing the 2x2 labels, etc etc. On the reverse of each 2x2 the label gives the metal type "copper-nickel, brass, etc" and the diameter and weight as well as anything notable about the coin such as varieties "Open 9, Closed 8" and that sort of thing.
I use sticker paper, I think Avery is what I have but anything would probably work. Just like 1 giant label and then I cut them with a paper cutter and use a large hole punch for the center.
@Dafydd , @Histman , @JDcompy If any of you need Hungarian coins from the years you mentioned PM with the year and your address. 100% free of charge. Anyone else need a Hungarian coin 1945- 2009? The above offer stands.
Very gracious offer from @tibor and I can confirm the coin I received was very nice indeed, an excellent addition to my birth year collection.
