New Perth Series. This design has dots, like cheap printing. To my thinking, that indicates an inferior design.

Nordic Gold - the same composition as the 10, 20 and 50 cent coins in the euro area. There is about as much gold in them as in your Golden Dollars. Christian
Just posted this Japan 50 sen in the world coin section This is a Japan 1923 (Yoshihito year 12) 50 Sen coin. It is quite flashy in hand. I was drawn to the phoenix bird design around the denomination on the reverse.
