Big lamination?

Hello. Just found this coin. It looks like there's 4 lamination errors here, only 1 of them still attached, but there is a huge one thats not.

How do I make it bigger?

 

Crop it with paint, photoshop, or whatever editing program you have.

Ok, is it a lamination error? I can still see the letters and design under the place where the metal peeled off.

 

Looks like a lamination to me.
