Oh dear! I’ve had to make room for all these coins and have had to rearrange a bit. It’s a mess and I mostly sit on the floor. I did recently get a USB microscope though so can’t wait to post some pics with it!
To busy looking at a hell of a collection to notice a wine glass! Im a Guy so the VS bag caught my eye though. Lol.
Just remember 90% of our hobby is just organizing them so we can find them in the future. Let me qualify that last statement, If you collect raw coins. Don’t forget that part or you’ll soon be swimming in Dads coins and then He’ll be laughing at you along with smiling!
That’s exactly what I’m trying to do. So glad I’m on the right track! And ironically the VS bag is full of coins right now!
Good luck with sorting your Dad's coin collection Traci! I'm doing the same with my Dad's and it's fun and a bit overwhelming at the same time. You might consider getting a Dansco album at some point. More expensive than folders, but you can see both sides of the coins through plastic sliders. The aforementioned Wizard Coin Supply has them for all denominations.
