    Found in a pound of coins.
    Can not get a ID.

    Not an expert on these, but looks like a pot metal fantasy piece. I see tons of non-magnetic pot metal Chinese and Trade dollars at the asian markets.

    This is one of those absurd fantasy - the first picture is supposedly a design used in fantasy Taiwan tael whereas the reverse is from Kansu (Gansu) - which is impossible as Kansu was poor enough not to issue silver coinage (except for a very brief period of time).

    With these fantasy coins I would suggest to handle with caution - who knows what they are struck with. Traces of heavy metal?
