Have you seen anything like this before? It looks like a complete circle has been imprinted on the left coin. I took a photo of it next to the bicentennial on the right to demonstrate the differences. I also have pictures of it under the microscope.
Sorry to say but that is damage from a coin wrapper crimping machine Someone pressed to hard against the machine and made a circular mark to the surface of the quarter.
