Bicentenial Ikes with marks

    I got taken today when I brought, site unseen really, 5 bicentential proof sets. The are marked up and as some of the worst coins I'd ever seen come out of a set. Is there any way of fixing these?

    I've seen Brown Ikes that look far worse than these.
