The old car is way more show than go. I bought it around 2007 from a paint and body guy that ran out of money and interest. It didn't have an engine or front suspension but the paint and body work were beautiful. See, I had a 71 Dart when I was in high school but it was a granny grocery getter..... I put together (very poorly) a front end and bought a crate 318 that is stone stock other than an Edelbrock intake, a Holly double pumper, lots of chrome and most recently electronic ignition. I do not miss setting points one bit.
I wouldn't try duct tape . . . you get that stuck in there, and you'll never clean that area up. How about a pair of forceps?
Id use this attachment, if a vaccume won't pick it up then I would take a thin flat metal ruler with gorilla tape on one side. Something like a metal yard stick. A paint stirrer would work if thin enough. Either is stiff enough to get in the space the gorilla tape will surely pick up a buffalo.
HOW! What a car! Did you buy it in that shape or did you have it restored. Most places that do restorations will bring it back better than it rolled from the manufacturer. Anyway, most of the recommendations are good, but there are a few that I question.
Randy, you can always turn the car upside down and shake well. Sorry my friend but I’m sure you have tried everything that I could seriously think of. All I have left are these few lame jokes. I’ll stop now.
