Are there any particular years that would be the cheapest if I want a nice, "no motto" Seated Quarter with a New Orleans Mint Mark?

Can I just go by Greysheet? Looks like the 1854-1861 in VF are all about the same...

rzage What Goes Around Comes Around .

If you can get a '61 for the same price and quality . I'd go with a Civil War year every time since they're more in demand . IMHO

I don't think there were any quarters minted there in1861.

You are correct Yankee. The last New Orleans quarter was in 1860.

Sorry @rzage. I read my Greysheet too quickly.

The 54 and 55 -o arrows are quite common and readily available. Just sold a nice au 50 54-o

Seated Liberty coins are addicting. I limited myself to type coins but I love how there is such a wide variety of them.
