Forgive me for my crappy camera, but I assure you, there is a VDB down there.</p><p><br /></p><p>Comparing the condition of this coin to others I&#039;ve found in that date range such as my second oldest Lincoln cent find..</p><p>[ATTACH=full]1580687[/ATTACH] </p><p><br /></p><p>makes me think that the 09 VDB had been tucked away in a collection for a good many years before being sucked into the wheat cent black hole that is my personal orbit. I&#039;m still missing most of the early dates in my Wheat cent folder but every time I crack it open and see that very first slot filled it brings a slight smile to my face <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /> So if there&#039;s a moral to the story, it&#039;s one that every member of this forum is already well aware of..
