The only issues I've ever had with Registered Mail were in Salt Lake City (by far the worst post office system I've ever dealt with) where my lazy mail carrier LEFT REGISTERED MAIL PACKAGES FROM NGC ON TOP OF MY APARTMENT COMPLEX'S MAILBOXES. Yep. Out in the open, sitting on top of the mailboxes, not even locked inside a building. I called the downtown office to complain and their response was, "Oh, sorry about that."
