I put raw coins in the 2x2 card board holders, bubble wrap that then put into bubble mailers. If you are really worried about it, you can cut 2 pieces of cardboard to fit inside the bubble mailer, then put the wrapped coin in between. This stiffens the envelope to help prevent bending and adds a little more protection.

I tend to wrap coins in 2x2 cardboard holders and then wrap them with a stiff cardboard lengthwise and tape them together to keep them from getting ruined or bent. Always a bubble mailer.

I do pretty much the same thing as FallGuy and MercDimes. The only thing I'll add is that I tape all the edges of the bubble mailer with packing tape.
