the advertisements i've seen, seem to sell the pcgs graded coins for more money. i guess most dealers assume there is accuracy in that particular tpg or think the customer will think so.
That's exactly why I only purchase slabbed coins anymore for anything of real value. I think it's the best reason of all to use TPGs.
