Yep, I still save a wheatie if I get one back in change. It rarely happens, but sometimes it does. I collect IHC mainly because that's what me and my dad collected together so I'm trying to finish the collection by getting all the years we don't have, I'll eventually hope to even obtain the 1877, but that may have to be the last one I end up getting since its so rare. I try to find a coin of any denomination from any year I don't yet have. Me and my dad also kept the whitman coin books and would dig through our pocket change. I don't keep them in the book any longer as I prefer 2x2s but I still dig through my jar of change when it gets full before taking it to the bank to find any of the years or mint marks I don't yet have. Some with the foreign coins now. I finally found a coin shop in my area and went today. They had a box of world coins that I dug through and found some I liked. I picked mostly odd shaped ones. You know the square ones, the ones with 8 or 12 sides. I even found a hong kong coin that was flower shaped. I also really like the ones with holes in the middle. Most might think its silly to collect a coin because its odd shaped, but hey, I found them interesting so I bought them for next to nothing. So thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I did buy a great lot of world coins from a fellow CT member, they were a nice mix so thanks (you know who you are) and now that I finally found a coin shop that isn't so far away that has a world coin bin, I'll probably go dig through that every now and then.
