The base of the monument remained in place, &amp; &quot;activists&quot; decided to place a sculpture of a pregnant African-American woman on top of the base <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie9" alt=":eek:" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" />.
