Two things to understand... 1) With wheat cents, if looking for anything besides lesser varieties, it really does not matter if the seller has actually searched them himself or not because the guy before him very well may have, and this is added to the fact that pulling high value dates just does not happen regularly enough to make it worthwhile. The point is that if you're looking for these "unsearched" rolls with the hopes of finding an easily identifiable date/mint worth much more than the cost of the bulk coins, the chances are very, very slim. Varieties can be a somewhat different story, but with all due respect, it is rather clear you are not yet ready for this path. 2) Anyone, and I mean anyone, who offers bulk copper "pennies" (cents) asan "investment" in copper, while comparing a cent's copper content to its present grade A price, is a snake oils salesman, and it's as simple as that. I fully realize you're not asking about buying for the copper, but it is still worth mentioning. Anyone so willing to pull the wool over their customer's eyes with such grand claims of a false investment, in my most humble opinion, is not worth doing any kind of business with.
