Certain ones are proving to be tricky, and we could use more data.... Thanks! Looks like these I..D $2's are just a continuation of the run that was printed for the "2011" sets. Those started at serial 20112000 and were printed with 1000 notes per position, so they covered positions A1 to H1. These "2012" notes appear to follow the same pattern, beginning at position A2.... I still haven't managed to work out the 2003A $2 H..C and H..E printings, by the way, and I could still use more data on those, if anybody has those notes and hasn't already posted them!
I worked out the C and E printings by using a run if 500 sheets instead of 1000. That cells from my lucky money notes line up with that. Not saying that it's right...
