    Your coin looks a bit different than mine. I would say mine had possibly taken a hit on the "8" at some point. Without another coin to "go by" it can be difficult to say.
    Taking in to consideration that 10,000,000 of of these where minted your chances of having a 1928/3 could be good. That is 10,000,000 of 1928 & 1928/3 combined.
