Belgium 1917 25 Centimes Dot Before Date Only plus RPD

    1916 10 centimes has the dot varieties but not the 1917 25 centimes also I believe this is the only RPD for this series.
    The weight is suppose to be 6.5 grams and this coin weight is 6.4 grams
    Any advice would be appreciated. THX Ed

    Value 25 Centimes (0.25 BEF)
    Metal Zinc
    Weight 6.5 g
    Diameter 26 mm
    Thickness 1.9 mm
    Shape Round

    The only thing that stands out is the seven in the date, not sure if it is an RPD.
