That&#039;s why you start slow so the mistakes you will make (guaranteed) aren&#039;t overwhelming. You need to educate yourself. Don&#039;t do it at the expense of the business your trying to create. The education needs to come from the buying side and the selling side and it will be a slow process. Now if you want to try and sell one or two of your personal items, I would recommend it. It can be a real learning experience. It will also give you an indication of what is expected of you as a seller. This may be more in line with your original thoughts anyway.
