    Probably not a good choice to have graded. The scratches on the obverse will hold it back. I would grade it XF Details scratched.

    Agree that it will get details, cleaned
    A 16 D is one of my few graded pieces

    The OP coin is definitely cleaned. It will not straight grade I would say XF details-harshly cleaned is appropriate. Don’t waste a submission having it graded, as it won’t straight grade.
