You are right, 19Lyds did NOT do this to a seller. But feel confident that if this "had" happened to 19Lyds, he would have. You see, 19Lyds doesn't care whether or not the eBay seller is turning a profit or how much the eBay seller figures that his/her time is worth. 19Lyds only cares that he would have paid for premium shipping yet received only 1st class shipping. If I bought a coin from my next door neighbor off of eBay and was charged $5.25 Shipping and he walked it over to my house without refunding that $5.25, I'd give him a hit on his Shipping DSR since his "profits" should have been generated in the bidding process. Not the Shipping process. If you want to imply that eBay Sellers are in "business" (not a hobby) and as such need to pay their expenses, then eBay sellers need to ACT like businesses by not padding their profit margins via cutting corners and over charging for shipping. That's the PRIMARY reason that Shipping DSR's exist and why sellers get popped for Final Value Fee's on Shipping. When I buy a coin from a "business" and pay $7.50 for shipping, I expect the coin to arrive (at the very minimum) in a box, with appropriate padding and a professionally printed mailing label. A hand written 1st Class envelope with a Saf-T-Mailer simply won't cut it. Of course, using your logic and justification, at what point would it be prudent to consider over charging for Shipping? $6.25 with a 1st Class Envelope $7.25 with a 1st Class Envelope $8.25 with a 1st Class Envelope $9.25 with a 1st Class Envelope
