That&#039;s the PRIMARY reason that Shipping DSR&#039;s exist and why sellers get popped for Final Value Fee&#039;s on Shipping.</p><p><br /></p><p>When I buy a coin from a &quot;business&quot; and pay $7.50 for shipping, I expect the coin to arrive (at the very minimum) in a box, with appropriate padding and a professionally printed mailing label.
