Not fair guys. I would only consider lowering a DSR score base on late time of shipment. Weeks waiting for my item that has a recent postmark. Also, the item wasn't packed or secured with care. Unanswered communications from the seller with a prudent concern that affects my item.  All factors would be weigh. Here is EBay's guide/rules of shipping.
