OK, this is not really exciting except for one thing: the cost including shipping $3.59!!!! Also, the coin is unknown and not catalogued. Despite intensive searching, I have not seen an uncirculated (U) specimen of this date EVER and that means not in 34 years of searching. Another interesting thing is that this shows evidence of having reached circulation channels. I can not imagine too many surviving. If any readers have other coins or questions or comments, please do contribute. The obverse is the standard drummer type scene and not just the steel drum of the earlier type. Nope, it is the Unc. - generally Krause has listed this as the (U) type of uncirculated. Up close the circulation quality of the strike is obvious compared to the two proofs - one of silver and one of copper-nickel, and this is best seen possibly on the reverse.
