My guess is counterfeit. The date looks sloppy. Mushy details. In fact some of the devices blend into the fields. Very porous looking. Several of the letters have lumped extra metal. Some of the letters are missing details. The overall yellow color. The rims and the denticles at 2 o’clock. It all just screams counterfeit to me.
