I don’t have the answer to your question. I may be wrong asking this. Aren’t you the fellow that created the overlay tool I have seen on here? One of those overlays helped to validate a 1909-S VDB cent of mine. If so, I was wondering if your overlay tool helped to to arrive at this conclusion?
