There is an ad in Coin World by The Coin Depot. They are selling complete sets of Barber half dollars in Deluxe album for $2,444 [average circulated].
    Good or Better set $2,888.
Is this what a complete set is worth?
    What are people really paying?
What would you sell your complete set for?
I imagine the average circulated set includes some well worn coins.

Just had a set of 72 missing 1907-D and 1892 Micro O sell for $3615 after the buyer's premium...it was average circulated as well so $2444 seems like a great deal...

Based on my experience purchasing mail order coins (no pics), Average Circulation = AG or if they are G/VG, they have problems like cleaning, nicks, scratches, etc.

I work for a Rago Auctions in Lambertville. We do a few coin sales a year and the partial set just sold last month.
