wow...i wish they still did that. not only because i'd want one and would apply like crazy to get on...but it'd be interesting just to see those things be used like that. the only way they change hands nowadays is between collectors, seeing them "circulate" would be cool.

yes. how'd you guess? i'm a navy brat from california, but my parents are originally from tarlac. i collect pretty much everything made out of paper. (see links in my sig line)
