It had already been open and tied with a cloth strap when it was given to me. At the time I got it, I was told by a dealer that it was only worth face value. I put it aside and did not really think about it until i saw a recent post. I pulled out some and made a gift to my 2 grandsons, who will most likely end up with my collections anyway.</p><p> </p><p>I am not a coin expert, and I don't pretend to be, but i don't get confused, and i am a quick learner.
