    Had a great time at the Summer Baltimore, Friday was a lot of fun, Saturday was a bit slow, but still had a great time, and managed to pick up some cool coins too! Two of my favorites here:

    My first 1804 large cent, an S266c, the latest die state, got it for way less than 1100.

    And this mint set with this insanely toned penny

    Thanks @Aidan_() and @josh's coins ! Two more, morgans aren't usually my style, but dang these were pretty.

    At least those morgans have toning on 'em. ;)

    Nice picks! That '83-O is a VAM-52 btw and a pretty one at that.

    Thanks @Dave Waterstraat. Woah! I guess it is a VAM-52, that concave die is pretty cool, and pretty obvious too. Any premium?

    Outstanding pick-ups! Early copper, toners, Morgans with CAC bean & old small ANACS holder... you have good taste

    Knew I'd see this further down as soon as I saw the 83o :p

    Nice pickups! Was the mint set sold at a premium due to the Lincoln? And does that 1804 book anywhere close to $1100 in that grade?

    In a righteous slab $1100 isn't out of the question, based on auction results. Too few hit the public market to visualize trends, but an NGC G4 (same Die State) hammered at $1725 in 2008.

    Less that 1100 is good buy, especially if it gets into a problem free holder. Looks nice to me.

    @Cascade @SuperDave , I've seen them go slabbed AG03 at around 1100, but I got this one for 750 so I think I'm good :D
