Bag of Mexico error coins from Guadalajara

It looks to be a VF35 to me. The little Peru ½ Dinero coins are all dated 1916 and look like they were just taken from an original roll. I asked to buy them all & the dealer saw my interest & asked for a high price. When I reluctantly said I only wanted a few around melt for my friends, the dealer reassessed his price much closer to melt & I grabbed 4. It was interesting buying coins from this dealer.
