Exceptions were made only if items were cars or too large for personal vehicles. </font></font></p><p><font face="Tahoma"><font size="4"><br /></font></font></p><p><font face="Tahoma"><font size="4">Ebay is a bit more lenient with their rules. No deposit required to bid, payment through multiple channels, and several deadline choices as per seller's listings.
