bad coin grading services

I'm new to this site, so hey everyone, I'm not a grader but have been a buyer and collector for many years, I've had a few disappointing purchases over the past 50 or so years but have been lucky not to have been burnt too bad, and have found the majority of people honest, however I've noticed Ebay as of late is heading down a bad road, I have a Franklin collection that I'm always trying to upgrade and also silver eagle collection, recently I purchased a Franklin half from what I thought was NGC, it was advertised fbl and ms66 gem, when it arrived today I noticed it was NGCs, but was National grading certification service, the coin in my meager opinion, and I remind you I'm not a grader, but i don't believe it would grade 60 and nothing on slab about fbl, the slab was falling apart and just looked phony and cheap, haven't contacted them yet but lesson learned and hope this helps someone else
