It's not an A1c reverse either, which looks like this (plate image from VAMworld):



This is the VAM-9 A1h reverse:



Note the "comma feather" at the bottom, which your coin does not have.

This is the same side from the A1b rverse - VAM-2 - which I think yours is:



I may be wrong. The A1j reverse from VAM-14 is also similar.
