Don't think that would work. On one hand, yes, these denominations all feature parts of the stone. (It is usually called Piedra del Sol or Sun Stone, as only parts of the design have a "calendar" function.) But wouldn't the $10 coin, if it was at the top, cover the others? Christian
Not from what I can tell but that would be awesome! L-R are .01 $2. $1. $5. And an '40 .10 with all 3 calender elements of the other coins. Of course it is possible I do not have the right years.
Not quite the right coins, yes. The initial post refers to the 1, 2, 5 and 10 pesos coins. The diameters are ... $1: 21.0 mm $2: 23.0 mm $5: 25.5 mm $10: 28.0 mm Only the 10 pesos coin has the central part of the Sun Stone; the others feature various rings of that stone. But since the $10 is the biggest of the four, this kind of stacking will not work. Would in fact be neat, but ... nah. Christian
I have the right coins and right years, and no, it doesn't work. Unless you removed and enlarged portions of the coins, it just looks nice on pictures.
