Jim asked to stop this line of posting. Why keep bringing it up everyone and why even post this John. I'd like to say a few things but 1) I don't want to continue the narrative and 2) he asked for it to be stopped with penalties attached. Sheesh
Listen to your eight year old........my old man told me once, never start a fight. But don't you dare walk away from one......
He exited while I was typing so I didn't know. I really don't have a dog in the fight but there are plenty of people here that collect things I have no interest in but I don't crap on them when they make a purchase I never would and don't understand.
Anyone can disrespect anyone's coin or token, but when it gets personal it violates the rules. If someone wishes to start a new site as mentioned earlier for Dcarr, go for it. You can make your own rules. eject who you wish, even charge the members, but you will not get a dedicated one here if history stands.
I am quite sick of it too! People that like his work should be able to post about it without having the people that don't like his coins coming in and ruining every thread on the topic. That's my warning, you want to bash his work, start your own thread on the topic. Otherwise move on!
This is exactly what I was saying. If you don't like it, move on! It's that simple. The Pro-Carr threads are here to support those who enjoy them. If you don't like them, then "CREATE YOUR OWN THREAD" and bash them there. Quit coming into these threads and crapping on the cake. Pretty sweet mirrors on those by the way. I love to see remnants of the host coin under those.
Thank you. That would solve so many problems. Why they even do it, let alone go to the extent they do, is beyond me.
USS, I like you and you posts but your looking at it only from your side. What if I was to post this as a devils advocate (not that the other side is the devil) "I am quite sick of it too! People should not be allowed to post counterfeits coins and commend them and get away with it. They are illegal and disruptive to the numismatic community! I come to these forums for education and fun and all this cheering on of an illegal activity is crazy!"
Are you changing the rules here? We can no longer bash a coin or token in the same thread that someone post they like it. This does not sound right. It's completely different than what Jim posted above. If it does not get personal, it should not be a problem.
