seriously dude? so you've never seen a war nickel with streaks? and no, its not gonna look like wood, duhhh.... see the streaks in these nickels with lamination? thats caused by improper alloy mix, termed "woody" by copper collectors long long ago...
i dont know but would imagine so since its still a mixed alloy...i've seen buffalo nickels with light and dark streaks and the old jeffersons but dont recall seeing any others...
