Before I head off to work, I usually scan sixbid site. I had checked out Dr. Pneus Busso Auction last week. I saw to my amazement (SEVEN)!!!!! solidi of Magnetius all in Vorz.=EF. So, I cast a hopefull bid on one of them. Fast forward....I found that I got my trophy:):):):):):):)

John: That is a fantastic GOLD Solidus... well struck, centered, gorgeous!

Although I do not have many Ancients in Gold, I am a Modern Gold lover!

However, with all your wonderful postings, I am beginning to feel you have a prejudice and bias against GREEN! I sometimes see SILVER from you, but you NEVER seem to have GREEN. :D

You need to fix that someday... just to add a little COLOR to your collection. :) ...Give some more variety in your life. Besides, aren't the GOOD lawns GREEN???

(I am just helping you expand your horizons a little... :D )

That auction had SEVEN Magnetius solidi/ plus Decentius 1 1/2/ 2 soldi multiples....these went for BIG EUROS 125K/200K...must be nice! to be that rich.
Not to whine....but here I am stuck with Canada $....I have to pay $1.50=1 EURO
Cucumbor you are so lucky to live in France and have a strong currency. Canadian collectors are definately at a disadvantage:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Whether you buy coins in euros or dollars or whatever, an expensive coin is still expensive...

I couldn't afford a gold Magnentius anytime soon
