    Just won this beauty from Polish Auction....Michal Niemczyk!

    AV Dukat 3.49g./22mm. Kremnitz Mint
    Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand II of Habsburg

    This coin was minted for the Emperor who was leading the Catholic Imperial Armies vs the Protestant invaders from Sweden/Denmark. This was the "Thirty Years War" which ravaged Central Europe from 1618-48.
    Obv. Emperor standing right in his finest attire/holding orb
