It features the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klosterneuburg_Abbey" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klosterneuburg_Abbey" rel="nofollow">Klosterneuberg Abbey</a> in Austria. </font></font></p><p><font face="Georgia"><font size="5"><br /></font></font></p><p><font face="Georgia"><font size="5">I was the first to submit one to PCGS, and for a long time this coin reigned alone at the top of the population, being the sole certified example in all grades. There have been only one or two occasions where I can recall a coin I submitted making a perfect 70-grade like this did. Another one of these has since been submitted, and also got the PR70 DCAM grade, so it's a two-way tie for top-pop now.
